ORDERS

EMAIL CONFIRMATION 

Are sent after you've placed an order. Be sure to add us to your VIP email contact list so that you can stay up-to-date on the status of your order. In some cases your Email Providers server may happen to run slow at the time order was made. Please be sure to wait up to 5 minutes to receive the confirmation email. Also check your spam folder. If you still haven't received an email please contact us at info@AppetiteOfAMillionaire.com

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN IT BE FIXED?

No problem; simply send us an email at info@AppetiteOfAMillionaire.com asap. Please leave a message with your name, phone number, order number, and either wrong address/mistake in order in the subject line.

BACK ORDER

High demands for our products may have item(s) put on back order status. We do our very best to keep up-to-the-mintue information on this site. Yet if you receive an email that your item is on back order then you have few options:

  • Wait 2-4 weeks for your item to be available again. Keep in mind many items are quickly restocked.
  • You can select a different item and receive a credit or get charged for the price difference.
  • Cancel the item from your order if you don't want to wait.

Once your item is available again you'll be promptly notified.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can longer accept an exchange or return. Please email us first before shipping items back. This will help us start the process of expediting the exchange or return. Also include the reason for your return. To complete your exchange/return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges/Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. See full exchange/return policy here

SHIPPING

Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on product. Once dispatched, an email will be sent containing the tracking number. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

TRACKING

As soon as your order has shipped, you'll be emailed a dispatch notification with tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES
